Mission:

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of whole F&B Department, for the achievement of the departmental goals, in terms of guest satisfaction, financial targets, associates training and high associate motivation.

 

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years experience in F&B & culinary Management position
-Experience in the luxury hospitality
-Strong management and customer service skills, as well as creativity and good hygiene
-University degree in hospitality or related subjects preferred
-Advanced Verbal and Written English
