The Senior Sales Manager is responsible, under the supervision of the Director of Sales, and in cooperation with the sales force team for the daily sales efforts and is responsible for the overall positioning of the hotel and the development of customers for the property including,  rooms, food and Beverage outlets,  meeting, events and spa.  Candidates must have a dynamic leadership style, possessing excellent communication, negotiation and decision making skills and a strong business attitude.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Economic degree required 
  • Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession
  • Minimum 5 years of active sales in the luxury hospitality market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Opera as property management system
  • Command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Is desiderable a previous sales experience in Middle East Markets
  • Ability to prepare Sales Programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the Hotel
  • Knowledge of travel industry, current market trends and international markets
  • Knowledge of competitive data and mix management
