Job Summary:

The Night Manager will ensure a continuance of Management supervision during the Night Management hours of duty, and ensure all night audit tasks and functions are run accurately and on time. The Night Manager will supervise all staff on duty at night, ensuring they are aware of the room count, special events/functions and any specific room type overbooking. They will also be responsible for the training and development of their team, and will have a supportive and collaborative approach to the day time reception team enabling them to provide the highest level of service at all times. This position is accountable for the safety and security of the hotel overnight, will work closely with the business controller to ensure effective internal processes, and will promote positive guest experience and journey at all times.  


What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally Night Manager or Supervisor in a similar size hospitality environment
  • Fully conversant in Opera PMS
  • Excellent and effective communicator
  • Problem solving and complaint handling skills
  • Experience training and developing a team in internal processes
  • Flexibility and adaptability
