About the role:


This role is responsible of the achievement of the revenue targets of the Northern UK Innside, whilst implementing the strategy, planning and execution of all Sales initiatives within the Northern UK Innside properties, initially located in Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle.


Co-ordination, management supervision and analysis of results from all revenue segmentation of the Hotel. The role will oversee the implementation of the procedures and policies of Meliá Hotels International, established goals and objectives, whilst developing and driving new markets revenue streams. Build long term, profitable client relationships with your allocated accounts that enable account revenue growth and retention.


The role also drives the creation and implementation of the pro-active sales plan for the properties in conjunction with the overall commercial business plan and update monthly.


Build strong cross-functional relationships, along with working closely with the Cluster General Manager, UK Director of Sales and EMEA Business Development Director
