Job Summary: The Reception Supervisor will be responsible for providing an efficient and courteous service to guests at all times, implementing internal processes, and supporting the Rooms Division Manager in training the Reception team.  This role requires natural professionalism to ensure a seamless experience and with a desire to create a relaxed environment for our guests. You will work closely with your team and the other departments to ensure all team members are knowledgeable in the day-to-day business, events, VIP’s and special requests and are able to trust their instincts and use their initiative when making decisions around our guests needs.

 

The successful applicant will be a confident supervisor and communicator with the ability to build strong rapports with a range of departments. Our Reception Supervisor will continually develop their expertise, support and help to build a team who are able to deliver the unexpected and coach them to maximise revenue with upselling opportunities.

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a similar size hospitality environment
  • Excellent and effective communicator
  • Problem solving and complaint handling skills
