As our Pro Actives Sales Manager, you will:

  • Sales development activities via online research, cold calling, local intelligence and relationships.
  • To ensure a number of appointments are secured per week (pre agreed) with a quantified commercial reason, taking into account a fair share of external, internal & agency clients, plus weekly networking events and attending professional dinners.
  • Targeting new business opportunities via a variety of channels, sourcing new potential customers, and converting into revenue.
  • To assist in conversion of enquiries in partnership with the Reservations & Events Team, previous business and encourage them to re book and identify opportunities for further business from current clients
  • To contribute to a sales culture within all the internal departments and outlets.
  • Play a key role in securing conferences, banqueting events and special events for the hotel, taking a proactive approach to generating and converting new enquiries.
  • Be the leading Sale team in your area by providing an efficient, effective, exceptional and professional customer service.
  • Assist the Director of Sales to provide accurate weekly & monthly forecast by adhering to KPI’s and attention to detail through effective administration
