Job Summary:

At INNSiDE, the receptionist is the first person to warmly welcome our guests, and therefore one of our most important assets. INNSiDERs are our local experts, who freely interact with guests to offer their insights and expertise on the best of the local neighbourhood. The receptionist provides an efficient and courteous service to guests, ensuring excellent customer care and intuition, anticipating our guests needs tailored to their stay. They are able to use their initiative and work within department guidelines to resolve complaints, as they have a genuine desire for every guest to leave satisfied. This role requires natural warmth and professionalism to ensure a seamless experience and with a desire to create a relaxed environment for our guests.

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a similar size hospitality environment
  • Excellent and effective communicator
  • Problem solving and complaint handling skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
