In this position you will be responsible for our accounting department. You will be working closely with our head office regarding all accounting / finance related issues.


Your main tasks include the following:


- Account assignment and posting of invoices in SAP

- Controlling of the daily report and posting of the daily income

- Preparing of various statistics and reports in English and German

- Conducting month end reports

- Preparing weekly forecasts and yearly budgets

- Preparing of target-actual comparision

- Generall administration tasks

- Monitoring of the inventory

- Posting of account statements

- Administration of the outstanding accounts

- Monitoring the merchandise management


You will need to have an educational backround within the fields of accounting and finance, preferably within the hotel industry as well as relevant work experience of a minimum of 2 years. You will need to have a proven track in a leadership role as well as excellent analytical skills. You like to work in an organised and responsible manner in order to get your work done. Additionally, you need to have excellent language skills in German and English as well as computer skills, such as SAP (BW, FICO, AR, MM) and preferably Sihot.
