- Ensure complete management and development of its customer portfolio defined jointly with the sales department and prospect new customers

- Participate in achieving the hotel's turnover targets and develop the hotel's reputation with its customers.

- Establishes with the client a true commercial relationship of trust in order to build loyalty: stay attentive to their needs, be reactive and proactive, inform, advise, organize consistent and relevant commercial actions throughout the year.

- Works in coordination with all the departments represented in the hotel.

- Analyze the results of his client portfolio and develop specific actions for each of the accounts for which he is responsible. He (she) stays tuned to the market, and shares it with the rest of the team in order to stay always connected with the news and developments in our industry.
