As an Events Server, you will be reporting into the Events Manager.

You will be expected to:

  • Meet and greet guests in a warm, genuine, professional manner and providing an impeccable first impression.
  • Provide a professional level of service to all guests throughout the hotel.
  • Actively demonstrate excellence in customer care and service, whilst maintaining a professional image at all times.
  • Be fully conversant with all the menu items and be able to describe them in an informative & helpful manner, being aware of any dietary requirements.
  • Preparation of cutlery, crockery, glassware and general mis-en-place in readiness for service, and ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Providing exceptional attention to detail throughout service and maintaining complete awareness of guests needs.
  • Create a comfortable and relaxed environment for the guests.
  • Always smiling
