Job Role

 

  • Lead point for managing the delivery of the marketing plan for all F&B outlets, working with all key internal and external departments/ partners
  • Owning the guest journey from a brand viewpoint and ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging at all touchpoints
  • Creating original content for F&B promotional campaigns across all platforms as: Websites, Social media channels, E-mail & CRM comms, 3rd party platforms
  •  Generate web & Google analytics reports to lead SEO and PPC planning
  • Communicate and maintain mutual understanding with key personnel in the venues and across departments
  • Ensure that marketing manuals are maintained with all current SOPs and processes
  • Develop standards, systems and best practices for managing the execution of the marketing plan and tracking campaign performance

  •  Develop segmented profiles to lead thinking and campaign planning, delivering tailored TOV and content for each profile
  • Manage the PR and creative agencies to consistently high standards
