Efficiently deliver food from kitchen to tables and bar in accordance with Sequence of Service.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned side work, including to-go containers and bags
  • Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual
  • Prepare all condiments, sauces and garnishes for dishes
  • Prepare bread station
  • Prepare mise-en-place for expediter line
    • Polish all plates and service trays
    • Prepare all paper and linen under liners
    • Stock all kitchen printers with thermal and 2 ply paper
  • Possess full menu knowledge and ability to verbal it to the guests
  • Possess knowledge of floor plan and daily stations
  • Possess knowledge of table numbers and seat numbers
  • Be able to read dupes
  • Follow proper service procedures when delivering food
  • Offer condiments to guests (pepper, cheese etc.…) when appropriate
  • Communicate with server to ensure efficient service
  • Execute food delivery in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner
  • Assist servers and bussers when necessary
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the floor manager or immediate supervisor
  • Act professional and accommodating and always maintain your composure

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS/MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Be 18 years of age
  • Working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests
  • Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
