Senior Events Sales Executive

Responsabilities:

 

  • Management of incoming calls and emails for exclusive hires, private dining and large group enquiries for STK & Radio Rooftop.
  • Managing details of all exclusive hire bookings for STK and Radio Rooftop, hosting tastings, creating function sheets, liaising with all suppliers, security, DJ’s, step and repeats, photographer, etc.
  • Handling all Opera inputting, booking forms, contracts and deposit invoices
  • Adding all bookings, relevant information and guest notes into Open Table.
  • Assist and oversee day of event setup and logistics with events operations team for VIP events and over 75 pax.
  • Liaison with venue management to ensure proper event execution during events.
  • Ensure all online menus, packages and listings are updated regularly.
  • Responsible to meet sales objectives set forth by the Food and Beverage Director.
  • Responsible to create new contacts with local vendors/partnerships 
  • Actively attend networking events internal and external in order to drive new business and relationships.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience
  • Expert knowledge of Open Table and Opera systems
  • Must possess excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and creative solution generation skills
