  • Ensure the Business Unit meets its financial and legal responsibilities.
  • Ensure that the financial information of the Business Unit is accurate and timely produced.
  • Supports the Management Team in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and reports for Government regulatory agencies.
  • Assistance in preparation of national statistics and other government information required for French companies.
  • Make sure that all invoices related to the Business Unit are accounted in accordance with USALI, IFRS, company standards and that appropriate VAT is recorded.
  • Responsible for closing of the month of the Business Unit, including but not limited to preparations of monthly accruals and prepayments reconciliations including timely follow up on any queries.
  • Cost review to ensure costs are reported in the correct legal entities, correct business units.
  • Assist with year-end external audit and internal audit process.
  • Oversees all accounting procedures and systems used by the Business Unit / Cluster Services.
