Melia Hotels France is looking for its future Corporate Sales Manager (W/M), to contribute to the development of the MICE and Corporate strategy of Melia Hotels International and to ensure the good marketing of all the hotels around the world. Headquartered in France, the Corporate Sales Manager's main mission will be to develop the client portfolio and discover and seize new opportunities in the French market. You will contribute to the achievement of objectives in the MICE and Corporate segments, while respecting the strategy of the Melia Hotels International group. Referent and guarantor of the performance of 7 French hotels, he will also be responsible for analyzing and defining the strategy of the latter to achieve the objectives set.

 

Missions and objectives:
• Initiate and implement commercial actions for the MICE and BT segments
• Prospect new accounts in three markets (France, Monaco & French-speaking Switzerland), and animate its client portfolio
• Respond to RFPs
• Implementation of negotiated contracts for 7 French hotels
• International promotion in the MICE segment
• Ensure visits to Paris hotels and carry out inspection sites related to his portfolio
• Participate in local and international trade shows
• Promote our reservation platform dedicated to professionals
• Represent Melia brand values ​​and images
• Analyze new opportunities in business development
• Participate in setting up a sales strategy
• Assist clients in their search for places and advise them to ensure the success of their events
• Carrying the values ​​of Melia Hotels International
• Follow the files in progress and make every effort to confirm them
• Collaborate with support teams / hotels

 

Required Profile:
• Education level: Bachelor / License / Bac +3
• Field of study: Commerce, Sales, Hospitality / Catering
• Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of experience minimum
• Languages required: French, English, Espanol is appreciated
