The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative follow-up at the human resources level and pays within the hotel. Participate in the various Human Resources and quality projects implemented within the framework of his function.

Its main missions are:

ADMINISTRATIVE :
- Administrative monitoring of staff, from their arrival to their exit from the company (contracts, endorsements, certificates, STC remittance, etc.).
- Respond to administrative requests from employees who are present and who have already left the company (attestation, certifcat, etc.).
- In charge of establishment, declaration and monitoring of extra contracts

PAY
- Participate in the entry, control and monitoring of payroll elements
- Create personnel in the software pays and makes or requests to the pay service the necessary modifications
- Update and track the pay of extras for transmission to the payroll service

VARIOUS
- Participate in the development of various letters and HR documents.
- Ensure the reception of employees upon their arrival and their follow-up until the end of their trial period
- Participate in the development, management and monitoring of several dashboards, social reports, graphics ...
- Participate in all administrative tasks of the service (mailing, phoning, orders ...)
- Ensure a quality welcome and personalized services to anyone contacting the HR department.
- Inform colleagues and superiors of all important information concerning an employee, a team, a service.
- Participate in good communication and intra and inter service coordination

 

STUDIES AND DIPLOMAS: Ideally: Diploma in hospitality / catering / tourism or in HR with knowledge of French labor law and human resources
LANGUAGES: French / English correct and Spanish is a plus
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Interpersonal skills / Ability to communicate both written and oral / Ability to organize your work and manage your priorities / Knowledge of SAP (would be a plus) / Proficiency in office tools (Pack office) / Knowledge of labor law and legislation french
EXPERIENCE IN ANOTHER CHAIN: Ideally 1 year of experience in a HR, payroll or administrative position.
