About the role:The Assistant Night Manager will ensure a continuance of Management supervision during the Night Management hours of duty, and ensure all computer reports are run correctly and on time. He will actively demonstrate excellence in customer care and service, whilst maintaining high levels of respect and a professional image at all times within the hotel.



Main Responsibilities: 


  • To be fully conversant with all Duty Management procedures, ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel is continued during night operations.
  • To be present at the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested
  • To deal with all guest queries consistently and efficiently
  • To ensure standards in each department are maintained during night operations, through effective training.
  • To be fully knowledgeable of all Front Office, computer and credit control procedures
  • To maintain communication with all departments within the hotel
  • To assume responsibility for the running of the Hotel in the absence of senior management
