Job summary: We are looking for a Bartender to join our team of passionate individuals in Meliá White House Hotel. As Bartender you will provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing and delivering the highest quality beverages and food for our guests.


What will I be doing?

To ensure the highest levels of service for the bar’s guest

To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Bar’s bar standard drink recipes.

To prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks when needed

To present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding food & beverages

To requisition liquors and supplies

To accept guest payment, process credit card, room charge and cash charges

To ensure that all staff, including all casual staff fully understand the current   Liquor and Licensing Laws.

To maintain effective communication within the department and ensure that the Head Bartender/ Bar Supervisor/ Assistant Manager and General Manager are kept well informed of any problems/queries that have arisen
