Job summary: We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team of passionate individuals in Meliá White House Hotel. As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will you will be responsible for the effective supervision of the Food and Beverage team during the shifts.  You will lead by example by demonstrating exemplary levels of customer service, attention to detail and passion for service.

 

 

What will I be doing?

 

  • To lead the shift while demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Set an example for the team in upselling, and making confident and correct recommendations for guests.
  • To be involved in implementing Food and Beverage promotions.
  • To handle guest and customer complaints with precision, speed and in a professional manner, and ensure that all feedback is communicated to your managers.
  • Have full knowledge of all food items, wines and other beverages served in all Food and Beverage outlets, and ensure team members are full trained and knowledgeable.
  • Train the team to be familiar with the Hotel’s promotional activities, facilities and attractions.
  • Assist management with rota scheduling, and ensuring that the sign in/out is done daily by all team members
  • To maintain an adequate stock of food and beverage, to cater for business demands and control sales.
