Main duties: 

 

  • Facilitate exceptional guest Experience throughout their stay in the hotel and after the departure.
  • To audit and monitor service standards; analyze findings and produce reports in relation to the quality of service to both internal and external guests in order to ensure high standards of service.
  • To daily manage the Guest Experience Department and ensure the brand standards are adhered to.
  • To control the day to day operation of the Guest Experience in order to provide an effective, efficient, courteous and friendly service to all our guests.
  • To maintain a motivated team ensuring that the product knowledge, policies and procedures are adhered to.
