Key Responsabilities:

 

  • Daily patrol of all public areas, replacing defective lamps, as necessary.
  • Carry out general administration duties, as required.
  • Implement and maintain all energy saving devices, within the hotel, in collaboration, with the Maintenance Manager
  • Record all materials used and inform the Maintenance Office of any spares and materials required
  • To fix any items outside of the office (hoovers, ironing boards, lights etc.)
  • Changing safe keypads
