Pastry Chef De Partie

As the Pastry Chef De Partie you will provide delicious desserts for our restaurants, Afternoon Tea, In-Room Dining and events that will be of a la carte style or buffet style service.


Ideally you will be used to working on volume production as well as more refined styles.


You will currently be working within Pastry and looking for a more challenging career option.


To be successful as the Pastry Chef de Partie you will ideally have the following:


  • A level of skills and knowledge that allows you to be able to work on all sections
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Passion for pastry and hospitality
  • Creative flare and imagination
  • A positive can-do attitude and excellent team player
