Job summary: We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team of passionate individuals in Meliá White House Hotel. As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will actively demonstrate excellence in customer care and service, whilst maintaining a professional image at all times within the hotel.

 

What will I be doing?

  • You will ensure that all guests are welcomed into the outlets in a warm, genuine and professional manner
  • To assist the guests in their selection of items and encourage additional sales.
  • To answer any queries that may arise regarding the menu items
  • To anticipate and identify guest expectations, to ensure that their needs are met and where possible to exceed demand
  • To ensure that all areas concerned with food and beverage service are kept in a presentable state before, during and after service.
  • You will be required to work as part of a team to provide fast, efficient service to our guests. You will need to be passionate about food and service.
  • Shifts will vary from morning, afternoon and evening so we are looking for flexibility and dedicated team members.
