For his reopening on September, The new Melia Paris Tour Eiffel will be part of Melia Hotels Collection. Reporting to the Head Chef, the sous chef will help him for the daily operations of the kitchen. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at every moment of the customer experience and respond effectively to emergency situations. You will implement and continuously improve the department's quality procedures and ensure their application by his entire team.
