About the Job:

 

  • To offer pro-active, effective and timely recruitment service to line managers.
  • Supporting the UK HR team with all recruitment activities.
  • To manage effective administration of electronic recruitment databases.
  • To liaise with external recruitment suppliers as appropriate.
  • Ensure the best possible candidate experience throughout the selection process by implementation and monitoring of the candidates’ satisfaction with the recruitment process.
  • Conduct telephone screening for vacant positions, progressing into face to face interview with Line Managers & HR
  • Recruit and coordinate the interns for the hotel internship programmes
  • Writing creative adverts to attract top talent
  • Arrange and confirm interviews for all frontline positions
  • Assist in sourcing top talent for all properties
  • Update vacancy spreadsheet and vacancy lists and distribute around all properties
  • General recruitment administration
