Job Summary: Responsible for welcoming guests and customers to the consumption area and representing the area, complying with the highest standards of presentation, discipline, kindness and courtesy to cause the best initial impression regarding a quality service that satisfies the expectations of the customers, earning their recognition and preference. 

What will I be doing?

• Participates in briefings at the beginning of each shift to get information on dishes of the day, VIPs, groups, events, and general comments and sharing information.

• Welcome Hotel Guests and external Guests in a friendy, prompt and professional manner

• Manage communication regarding guests reservations via email and telephone

• Ensure that Customer requests are met and follow-up in order to evaluate the service provided

• Ensure the Customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.

• Be knowledgeable and promote the hotel’s services and facilities as well as the entertainment programme, experiences and events.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and strong Public Relations Attitude
• Must be fluent in Italian and English, other languages are preferred
• Flexibility, strong motivation and ambition for professional growth
