Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to Pastry Intern position

What will I be doing?

• Carry out the indicated production of pastries - desserts, according to the procedures and presentation established in the quality standards, recipes and photographs, controlling the portions and correctly using the products and work equipment.
• Complies with safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards in all their duties, maintaining the highest required standards, minimising the risks of accidents arising from unsafe practices and ensuring the quality and reliability of the food prepared.
• Ensures that products used in preparations meet quality, quantity and performance standards, reporting any anomalies or deviations to their line manager.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Gastronomy/Culinary training and training to be up to date with trends in pastry making is an asset.
• Basic culinary knowledge of pastry making
