 Mission of the position:Ensure the food and beverage service where assigned in one of the hotel's different outlets, and collaborating with the waiters, performing their work efficiently, according to established procedures and quality standards. It offers professional attention and a genuine service attitude that satisfies the client's expectations, obtaining their recognition and preference for the Hotel's services. Following the guidance of the waiter and the Sector Manager, carry out the assigned tasks, either service or customer service.
What will you have to do:


 What are we looking for:

  • Carry out and ensure compliance with the instructions of your immediate boss regarding tasks and obligations assigned before and at the end of the shift.
  • Communicate to the waiter / Sector Manager the supplies necessary to provide room service and handle it properly to avoid breakage, waste and losses.
  • Participate in briefings at the beginning of each shift with the purpose of receiving information about daily specials, shortages, VIPs, groups, general comments and exchange of opinions.
  • Consistently offer a friendly and respectful attitude to clients, always maintaining an impeccable posture and presentation.
  • The service must be fast and correct, taking care that your interventions are timely.
  • Handle services with extreme caution to avoid any accidents, spills or breakages, complying at all times with safety regulations.
  • Carry out all the instructions and work assigned by your immediate superior, as well as the responsibilities that the position requires.

What you are looking for:

  • Compulsory Secondary Education and/or Higher.
  • Teamwork skills, proactivity to excellence, dynamism and organisation.
  • Clear customer and detail orientation.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a similar position.
  • Local language (albanian language) and English.
  • Candidates is required to be albanian resident.
