We are looking for Guest Service Agent - Gran Melia Jakarta , incharge for China market

 

Mission:
As a team member of GEX, your mission will be complying with the daily operative of the department, attending to all the requests of the guests, and achieving excellence in guests’ satisfaction. Monitoring and reassuring the guests’ experience with tailoring the stay, anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations throughout any interaction with guests. From sense of arrival to welcome amenities, concierge duties with upselling of our facilities and destination to achieving guests’ loyalty by enrolling them for our loyalty program. Our guests are our followers, and our mission is to create their belonging to our hotel and brand.

 

 What will I have to do?
1.    Report directly to the GEX Director
2.    Create customer journeys from arrival, throughout their stay with us and port-departure attention, recognizing the steady guests by being attentive in every detail that makes their stay unique and memorable.
3.    Answer all enquiries in a professional and consistent way, ensuring all the guests’ needs are identified and options are proactively suggested.
4.    Ensure all confirmations are accurately sent out within 12 hours making personal references to their choices.
5.    Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests.
6.    The main mission is to contribute to increasing brand equity with customers, ensuring the application of product standards, service, and image in the hotel.
7.    Increase customer satisfaction through external tools made available by the company and ensure excellent treatment and compliance procedures in the various departments.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
What are we looking for?
1.    Minimum 2 years working experience in the luxury hotel industry.
2.    Fluent in Chinese and Bahasa ( speaking & writting)
3.    Proactive communication skills.
4.    Computer skills (Microsoft Office, social media tools)
5.    Possess a friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
6.    Sophisticated manners and sense of elegance
7.    Strong Team Player.
8.    Able to work concentrated and effectively under pressure.
9.    Must possess ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
10.    Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills both written/verbal.
11.    Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
12.    Possess a high degree of stamina, agility, and flexibility.
13.    Customer Oriented
14.    Takes initiative.
15.    Self-motivated and high interest in self-development
