We are looking for Sales Manager (Corporate Market) - Gran Melia Jakarta.

 

Mission:

The Sales (for Corporate Market) Responsible for complying with the budget of hotels in their designated segment or geographical areas with a vision of the area of origin business. Capture, develop and retain those accounts and carry out the actions established in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives defined in the hotel's Business Plan

 

Main responsibilities:

1.    Provide support to the Director of Sales marketing in the implementation in their business units of the action plans defined to optimize the operation and customer satisfaction.
2.    To meet and improve upon all agreed financial targets within the department
3.    Always looking for exceed the expectations of our guest base on standard for product, staff productivity and Gran Melia Jakarta hotel’s image building towards customers
4.    Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new corporate Accounts.
5.    Participates in sales calls as individual or with sales team member to maintaining, engaging, improving values or acquire new business
6.    Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (make an appointment, customer correspondence, generating proposal, writing contract, report, invoice)
7.    Delegates or participates in delivering service excellence through each customer experience of stay                                                           

Main requirements

•    Proven working experience as Sales – for Corporate Market with track record on the 5* hotel business
•    Excellent command of Bahasa, English, and mandarin preferred
•    Creative leader who will be able to implement out of the box ideas and solutions
•    Familiar with Chinese working culture
•    Knowing a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
•    Very organized and detail
•    Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
