Job Summary:  You will manage the proper implementation of changes, maintenance and continuous support of the hotel operation programs and the infrastructure that supports them for all hotels, according to the defined standards in order to optimize and effectively use the IT tools for both the Hotels and the head office. 

 

What will I be doing?

  • Execute Opening, De-Affiliation and Take Over tasks with on-site support at the different stages of the projects
  • Support the IT services of the hotels, managing the day-to-day demand of the operation
  • Participate and follow up on the implementation of projects or strategic services under the IT area supporting the HS function 
  • Manage IT service contracts in the hotels ensuring compliance standards established in MHI and standardisation in the area
  • Ensure proper compliance with the required IT audit controls in the business units of the Operations Center 
  • Oversee IT preventive maintenance and follow up on proposed changes or improvements
  • Support in the training of IT systems
  • Support to technology service providers in the on-site tasks of the hotels in the operation center
  • Coordinate continuity in the use of CLICKON, as an IT service support tool, ensuring the correct resolution of the request or incident
  • Ensure PCI and Secure Mail Compliance and the policies outlined in the IT Security Policy Framework for all Operations Centre business units
  • Advise hotel staff in order to prevent, improve and optimise the use of the IT system

What are we looking for?

  • You have a successful experience in a similar position

  • You have parameterization skill

  • Fluent French is mandatory 

  • You are fluent in English and/or Spanish

  • You are curious and you regularly update your knowledge to keep up with the latest technological developments

  • In contact with all the hotel's departments, you like to be of service
