Job Summary: At INNSiDE, our Meeting and Events Coordinators are key to ensuring exceptional meeting and events are delivered seamlessly, from initial enquiry, liaising and communicating effectively with the operational teams, to follow up post-event. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, ensuring maximum possible occupancy and average room rate is achieved at all times. They will manage overbooking, 1st and 2nd options on conference rooms, and ensure all events are charged and tracked accurately, and be an effective relationship-builder establishing positive and lasting relationships with clients to win client loyalty.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a similar size hospitality environment
  • Experience with Opera PMS and Opera Sales and Catering
  • Excellent and effective communicator
  • Detail Oriented and Results Driven
  • Problem solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
