About the role:

 

  • To lead the proactive Sales activity driving the achievement of the main objectives of the hotel budget within the Business Travel, Groups, Room Hire & MICE segments in terms of revenue, ADR and occupancy to anage existing clients and ensure they are retained by the business.

  • To contribute and achieve the main objectives of the hotel budget within the Business Travel, Groups, Room Hire & MICE segments in terms of revenue, ADR and occupancy.
  • Activity through research, cold calling, local intelligence and relationships.
  • Targeting new business opportunities via a variety of channels, sourcing new potential customers, securing appointments to convert into revenue.
  • To Build, maintain new & existing relationships.
  • To develop and maintain a client database within the relevant market segments,Business Travel, Conference, Events and Incentive markets
  • Establish an effective sales call cycle for key clients, partners and contacts.
  • To contribute to a sales culture within all the internal departments and outlets.
