Key Responsabilities:


  • Make guests feel comfortable and enhance guest experience
  • Checking all guest rooms to check daily usage of each mini bar and logging on daily sales sheet
  • Ensure all guests are charged accurately for all items consumed/used and charged accordingly in Micros
  • Ensuring all mini bars are cleaned, refilled and refreshed to full capacity every day
  • Ensuring all special requests are taken care of each and every day
  • Refilling all mini bar carts every day in preparation for following day
  • Liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure all mini bars filled without disrupting the daily cleaning of rooms
  • Checking daily stock usage sheets balance with sales in micros for the day, every day
  • In forming the IRD Manager/Captain of any discrepancies on a daily basis 
  • Ensuring all DND/VIP rooms have all mini bars checked, filled and charged every day
