Job Summary: As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability and day to day running of the hotel’s F&B outlets. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will provide the highest standards of food, beverage, health & safety as well as guest satisfaction.

 

What will I be doing?

 

  • Responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety within the department.
  • Ensuring department profitability according to the business targets.
  • Achieving maximum customer satisfaction and return business.
  • Assist in recruiting, selecting, inducting and development of all staff.
  • Handling complaints and queries with precision and speed in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining adequate stock of food, beverage and dry stores.
  • Assist in developing and improving new projects with the aim of increasing sales.
  • Active involvement planning of menus, wine lists and bar lists in conjunction with the Head Chef.
