MISSION: Coordinate and supervise Payroll administrators of all the countries of competence (Western & Southern Europe), following company's global payroll procedures/policies and liaise between corporate office and hotels in destination countries in terms of payroll / personel administration management.


What will I have to do?


  • Support payroll administrators for all properties in Western & Southern Europe
  • Coordinate all payroll administrators in different properties
  • Provide training to employees involved in HR or payroll
  • Coordinate and supervise time and attendace systems for all properties (systems already in place or implementing new ones)
  • Support to different properties in all payroll related queries
  • Supervise fulfillment of statutory reporting requirements
  • Knowledge and monitoring of payroll policies in all competence regions
  • Standarise payroll processes in line with the company's guidelines
  • Ensuring that the team is up to date when changes in the law apply


  • Supervise that employee details are updated on system
  • Supervise that hotels update employee information on SAP
  • Make sure that the infomartion stored is accurate and up to date
  • Support to different properties with data input


  • Liase with external payroll providers
  • Coordinate with different payroll teams the management of external payroll provider
  • Explore different options of payroll management and payroll providers for each country
  • Support head office and local payroll teams within payroll system integrations (external / internal)


  • To assist and support HR/Payroll teams with any payroll enquiries
  • Guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Support on system incidences
  • Understand and support each hotel needs 
  • Improve or change procedures always in line with the company


  • Be the link between head office and hotels in region
  • Meet company deadlines
  • Provide head office all payroll related information needed for each country
  • Be the link between the central offices and payroll administrators  of each hotel
  • Ensure that company procedures are followed
  • Coordinate with head office and payroll administrators payroll processes such as yearly salary review, bonus payments, anual audit report….


  • Coordinate the Employee Benefits Programm
  • Liaise with head office the management of employee benefits program
  • Explore new agreements in the regions of competence to add to Melia Benefit Programm Portoflio
  • Support and guidance to hotels with employee benefit managament queries, procedures, platform



  • Fluent written and spoken Italian and English
