You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the operation of the main office in accordance with the philosophy, policies and standards of MHI, always offering a personalized service to the guest and making them enjoy the "Aura ME" experience.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Guarantee the check in and check out according to the service culture of MHI to ensure the recognition (Quality Program) of guests.
  • Promote the learning of the personnel and maximize their techniques and skills.
  • Work planning for the staff
  • Provide supplies and work material on time to preserve quality on the service.
  • Adhere to MHI service and operation standards to maintain corporate image and a competitive advantage.
  • Continuous improvement for a pleasant working climate according to the service culture of MHI to increase the performance of the team.
  • Execute leadership and organization to fulfill the MHI mission.
  • Enforce the Melia Rewards program objective to achieve the satisfaction of the members.
  • Maintain the quality of the program to improve the satisfaction of the members.
  • Maintain the objectives of the quality program to improve our guest satisfaction according to the MHI guidelines.
  • Continuous monitoring of the incomes related to the area and look for alternative income sources for the hotel.
  • Provide training and development of the personnel encouraging their professional development at the company.
  • Skills to solve problems and handle guest complaints
  • Know and comply with the culture of service, mission and values of MHI.
  • Know, disseminate and participate in safety and hygiene programs.

 

Specifications:

 

English and Spanish (100% spoken and written) other languages are a plus.

Knowledge: Management of PMS Opera and / or Sihot, Management of Personnel and Budgets, Management of critical situations, Front standards and protocols, Reservation Channels.

Mexico work permits (Current)
