 Mission of the position: Responsible for welcoming guests and customers to the consumption area and representing the area, complying with the highest standards of presentation, discipline, kindness and courtesy to cause the best initial impression regarding a quality service that satisfies the expectations of the customers, earning their recognition and preference. Promotes the sale of food and beverages to increase revenue and achieve the defined objectives.

What will you have to do:

• Follows the instructions of their immediate superior regarding duties assigned to them before and at the end of the shift.
• Keeps their work area tidy and clean with all the equipment and supplies required for the service, keeping menus and bill holders in good condition.
• Participates in briefings at the beginning of each shift to get information on dishes of the day, VIPs, groups, events, and general comments and sharing information.
• Consistently offers a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests and customers on arrival and departure, always with an impeccable posture and personal presentation.
• Greets customers with a nice smile and cordial greeting and leads them to their table, walking elegantly and safely, pointing out any steps or uneven surfaces to avoid accidents.
• Invites customers to sit down and assists in making them comfortable together with the manager of the sector or waiter. Depending on the consumption area and type of service, hands out menus, takes drink orders, etc. complying at all times with the procedures and quality standards defined for each consumption area and meal time.

 What are we looking for:

• Compulsory Secondary Education and/or Higher.
• Local language (albanian language) and advanced English. A third language will be highly valuable.
• Knowledge of e-booking services (The Fork or Cover Manager) will be an asset.
•  Knowledge of REVO, and POS management.
•  Advanced command of the Office 365 package.
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Ability to work in a team, service orientation, quality and professionalism, global and strategic vision and communication and influence as key competencies.
• Creativity and innovation.
• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position, in the sector.
• Candidates is required to be albanian resident.
