We are looking for Spa Manager - Gran Melia Nha Trang

Mission:

Reporting directly to the Resident Manager, Spa Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining and improving the Spa’s financial and satisfaction results, implementing the defined strategy. 

Main responsibilities:

•    Supervise and coordinate all spa operations, including treatment protocols, scheduling, facilities maintenance, and inventory management.
•    Train, mentor, and motivate spa staff to enhance their skills and technics, deliver exceptional service that aligns with the resort's luxury standards.
•    Implement the Spa’s sales strategy, according to the customer segments, supporting the creation of marketing campaigns.
•    Search and analyses information on the competitors to maintain the positioning of the Spa.
•    Design and develop internal and external promotion programs to sell Spa treatments and services.
•    To ensure the customer experience, personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Main requirements:

•    College / Bachelor Degree
•    2 years of luxury hotel experience is preferred.
•    Demonstrating ability to interact with customers, employees that reflect highly on the Hotel and brand.
•    Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
•    Good communications and writing skills.
•    Fluent in Vietnamese (speaking & writing)
•    Demonstrated expertise in spa treatments, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of wellness practices.
