We are looking for Resident Manager - Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc

 

Mission:

As the Resident Manager at Meliá Vinpearl Phu Quoc, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and exceptional guest experience of our prestigious resort. Your mission is to oversee daily hotel operations, lead the team in delivering impeccable service, and contribute to the overall success of Meliá Vinpearl Phu Quoc.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to various hotel departments.
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations in alignment with the resort's standards.
- Uphold and enhance the quality of guest services to exceed expectations.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the hotel team to achieve high levels of performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets and control costs.
- Implement strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Enforce and maintain brand standards and quality assurance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards.
 

Main requirements:

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience in a luxury resort setting is an advantage.
