We are looking for Senior Sales Manager - Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc.
  • Lead the Sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.

Main responsibilities:

1. Develop Sales Strategy: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.
2. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the sales team, including setting clear goals, providing ongoing training and development, and fostering a high-performance culture.
3. Revenue Generation: Drive the achievement of revenue targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with clients.
4. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management review. Use insights gained to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and seamless execution of client engagements.
8. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and sales campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase market share.
9. Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
10. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate sales processes, systems, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to be based in either Phu Quoc or Ho Chi Minh City depending on business needs and operational requirements.
