• This hotel, PARADISUS SALINAS LANZAROTE, 5*, for adults only in the Canary Islands is a “Destination Inclusive® Luxury Resort”, an innovative all-inclusive concept that offers cultural experiences and local activities both in the destination and in the hotel.
• With a prime location on the island, Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote goes beyond the traditional concepts for all-inclusive, adults-only (16+) hotels to envelope guests in the nature and culture of Lanzarote and transform their holidays into a genuine well-being experience. The Reserve provides access to private areas in the hotel to make your stay even more memorable and make you feel that a part of you belongs in this place. Modern spaces, ancestral therapies, local handicrafts and wonderful cuisine ensure a luxurious experience built around sustainability and a love for the land.

Mission of the position
Providing direct support to the General Manager of Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote, the role would be responsible for the Operations of the Hotel: planning, coordination, management, supervision and analysis of results from all Hotel Departments. Direct and inspire the high performance of hotel teams continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality and productive processes and workflow. Ensure the smooth implementation of the procedures and policies of Melia Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans.

¿What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Resident Manager or similar positions.
• 360 degrees of Hotel Operations knowledge.
• Background in F&B would be desirable.
• University diploma / degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies).
• International experience is preferred.
• Experience in all-inclusive resorts is mandatory.
• Experience in luxury Hospitality.
• Experience in management contracts.
• Functional knowledge of all department operations.
• Attention to detail & a passion for excellence.
• Demonstrate ability of Human Resources Management & Talent Development.
• Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High geographical flexibility is preferred.
• Spanish and English language (verbal and written) is mandatory. Other languanges will be an asset.
• Able to reside in Lanzarote (Canary Islands, Spain).
