Job Mission: Your role is key to maintaining the operability, safety, and efficiency of the hotel's assets. This role is vital for ensuring compliance with technical and legal obligations, efficiently managing maintenance and energy budgets, and leading the implementation of safety and preventative maintenance plans. Your contribution is essential for the success and sustainability of the hotel.

What will you have to do?

• Supervise and coordinate all engineering operations of the hotel to ensure compliance with technical and legal standards.
• Manage the department's budget and oversee the purchase and use of technical materials.
• Lead the implementation and supervision of the Preventative Maintenance Plan and safety regulations.
• Coordinate responses to audits, incidents, and risk assessments, in addition to managing minor investment projects and supervising external suppliers.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel sector.
• Advanced level of Portuguese and English.
• University degree in Engineering.
• Deep knowledge in all aspects of hotel maintenance.
• Ability to handle energy efficiency tools.
• Strong leadership, personnel management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prepare and manage budgets.
• Orientation towards prevention, energy efficiency, quality, and customer service.
