Job Mission: Your role is key to ensure the department's efficiency. The Spa Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining and improving the Spa’s financial and satisfaction results, implementing the defined strategy.


What will you have to do?


  • Supervise and coordinate all Spa operations
  • Implement the Spa’s service and product offer and ensure that they are executed correctly
  • Research and develop innovative plans and programmes that keep the Spa at the forefront
  • Manage the department's budget and oversee the purchase and use of materials
  • Participate in the preparation of the department's budget according to the set guidelines
  • Follow up on the defined budget, ensure compliance with it, and report any deviations that may occur within the department to the Business Partner. Participate in the definition of the necessary corrective measures to minimise negative impacts and monitor them together with the Business Partner.
  • Adapt Spa services protocols and standards, supporting the implementation and ensuring that the team knows and understands all manuals and departmental programmes and standards

What are we looking for?


  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel/wellness sector
  • Advanced level of Portuguese and English.
  • Deep knowledge in all aspects of Spa management
  • Knowledge of clinic, beauty salon, spa club, day spa, etc treatments
  • Strong leadership, personnel management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prepare and manage budgets.
