Night Receptionist (casual contract) 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalized assistance during the night hours of duty. 
• Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guests’ needs are anticipated and any requests are actioned. Additionally, complete tasks accurate and within given deadlines.  
• Ensure the hotel remains safe throughout the night, while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles. 
• Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management.

What are we looking for?

• Previous night receptionist experience, ideally in similar hotel environment
• Natural people skills
• Excellent and effective communicator
• Problem solving and complaint handling skills
• Flexibility and adaptability 

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
