Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to Hostess Position

What will I be doing?

• Welcome Hotel Guests and external Guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner

• Manage communication regarding guests reservations via email and telephone
• Ensure that customer requests are met and folow-up in order to evaluate the service provided

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and strong Public Relations Attitude

• Must be fluent in English; other languages are preferred

• Flexibility, strong motivation and ambition for professional growth
