Job Summary: The ideal candidate will help the Groups & Events Coordinator in maintaining the focus on sales to meet goals, using creative sales processes and event planning techniques to meet customer wishes and expectations.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Organize internal events and promote cultural activities in line with the Brand. 

  • Ensure groups and events are booked and converted in line with the hotel's strategy.

  • Help the Groups & Events Coordinator in planning, organization and efficient operations.

  • Prepare all relevant BEO paperwork and ensure that all the information are communicated to the other departments.
  • Support the Groups & Events Coordinator in organize all the aspects of the Groups and Events processes, from the contract to pre event logistics.
  • On site events management, post event follow up and billing.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction in order to ensure return of business.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to find solutions.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a sparkling personality.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for this position.
