Do not share your password

Use secure and complex passwords (with a minimum length of 12 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters), and different for each social network or online service. Additionally, a good practice to enhance security is to change it periodically. You can do this by accessing your candidate profile on our portal: Log in/Options/Settings

Meliá will never ask you to share your password to access your profile.

Update your information

It is essential to keep your information up to date. Having your email and phone number current is the best guarantee, as all our communications with you will be through one of these means. Additionally, we encourage you to keep all your information about your experience, languages, education, etc., updated.

This way, you will help our Human Resources team get to know you better and find the perfect opportunity for you.

Attend to official emails

You will only receive our communications through the following email addresses::

melia.careers@noreply12.jobs2web.com

TalentBranding@melia.com, hr_noreply@melia.com or other addresses from the @melia.com and @noreply12.jobs2web.com domains.

Before opening an email, it is very important to always check that the sender's identity is an official Meliá account. It is very common for fraudulent accounts to slightly alter the domain name to resemble melia.com, omitting, repeating, or swapping characters.
