🎯 1/ MISSION

Lead Front Office operations (Front Desk, The Level, Concierge) to deliver exceptional guest experiences, optimize revenue performance, and uphold service excellence in alignment with Meliá brand standards and core values: Proximity, Excellence & Consistency, Innovation, and Service Vocation.

🛎️ 2/ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Ensure Front Office operations comply with hotel standards, policies, and procedures
🔹 Lead and supervise the team to maximize occupancy, ADR, and revenue
🔹 Deliver exceptional guest experience, with focus on VIPs and repeat guests
🔹 Drive upselling, in-house promotions, and inter-hotel sales initiatives
🔹 Maintain strong interdepartmental coordination for seamless service
🔹 Ensure facilities, equipment, and work areas are well maintained
🔹 Monitor room inventory, reports, and room status accuracy
🔹 Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
🔹 Manage staff scheduling, manpower planning, and daily operations
🔹 Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
🔹 Conduct team briefings and monthly departmental meetings
🔹 Ensure compliance with financial procedures and reporting
🔹 Support budgeting, cost control, and performance targets
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures
🔹 Maintain high standards of grooming, discipline, and professionalism

🎓 3/ REQUIREMENTS

✔ Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in international hotels
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS and Microsoft Office
✔ Fluent in English & Vietnamese (additional language is a plus)
