We are looking for Wellness Manager - Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort
Mission:
Strongly involved in the development of the Wellness strategy, source external partnership, upselling with wellness agencies and in-house guests.
Efficiently organize the Spa ‘s resources, in order to pursue the targets, set by management.
Promotes the desired work culture and values of trust, integrity and respect, following the Melia Brand ethic.
Main responsibilities:
SALES & DEVELOPMENT
• Define with GEXD the service and product offerings for the Spas and ensure that they are properly implemented and executed.
• Sale and upsell the Wellness concept in place with guests in-house and with worldwide wellness agencies.
• Define and manage the Spa sales strategy, according to its customer segments, supporting the creation of marketing campaigns.
OPERATIONS
• Oversee the day-to-day Spa & Wellness activities.
• Ensure the facility is clean, provides a relaxing environment and ensure proper maintenance of the facility and equipment.
• Assist day-to-day the guests in-house with the wellness purchase, follow up with other departments the correct execution and guest satisfaction.
• Be responsible for running promotional campaigns, the advertising methods and the production of flyers and others advertising tools.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & QUALITY
• Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy, ensuring optimal implementation of the standards, operations and identity manuals that apply to their department.
• To ensure the customer experience, personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Manage customer incidents, communicating the actions taken to the hotel’s Guest Experience Department.
• Be knowledgeable and share with their team the Voice of the Customer goals and ensure their fulfilment, creating and defining improvement plans if necessary.
FINANCE
• Participate in the preparation of the department's budget according to the set guidelines.
• Follow with the defined budget, ensure compliance with it, and report any deviations that may occur within the department. Participate in the definition of the necessary corrective measures to minimize negative impacts and monitor them.
Main requirements:
- College Degree preferably or Senior High School with strong Spa.
- At least 2 years in international hotels in the same position.
- Operations Background and Sales knowledge.
- Knowledge of Wellness, Tourism or Experience in managing or coordinating an international Spa.
- Good level of English.
